During your stay, you can expect delicious meals prepared with fresh vegetables from our garden, herbs and fruits from our surroundings, and some ingredients purchased from one of the local farms. Everything we grow in the garden is completely organic and untreated and some of the things we process, so we also have a lot of our own products available for you to try.
Food will be prepared by Dino Galvagno and enable you to have a completely unique gastronomic experience.
For drinks, we have provided our homemade natural beverages such as kombucha, homemade teas, elderberry syrup, homemade mead, and selected natural wines that will go nicely with the meals.
